Immigrants, Good for us.

We are All descendants of immigrants. I am a native American. My ancesters came to this land long ago. Some came several decades ago. Some came several milennia past. They blended together into modern Americans to make this the greatest place for humankind on earth.
When they came, they obeyed the laws and followed customs in place at the time. This blending and assimilation made this country great. I welcome immigrants with open arms when they come legaly and embrace America for all that is good. When they come illegally, they show disdain for our way of life and our nation of laws. This disdain can rip apart the fragile fabric of our nation.
Come here legally and be my welcomed friend. Come here illegally and expect me to be suspicious of your motives.
